In 2005 de to initiative of Aviation Valley Association a training initiative was created that aimed at increasing the number of CNC operators and other skilled workers connected with aviation industry. As a result of the initiative a Centre of Education CEKSO was created. The Centre The organization integrates technical schools from podkarpackie voivodship. It is estimated that till 2009 about 1000 CNC operator will be needed.
