How to invest in AEROPOLIS
Proces for investing in AEROPOLIS
- Subjects interested in locating their busines within the Podkarpackie Science and Technology park complete an Investor application which includes information on the planned investment.
- The Rzeszów Regional Development Agency management board will assess the applications, and those which receive favourable consideration will be directed for assessment by the Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park board, which consist of representatives from local governments, universities, and businesses.
- Based on the advice of the RARR board, the PSTP makes the final decision on the qualification of the investment to be implemented in the PSTP.
- The investor can then begin a tendering process in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIelec.
- After conclusion of the tendering process the investor obtains a permit to operate in the zone and begin the investment process.
Firms that wish to locate in the PSTP are those that meet certain criteria:
- High level of innovativeness;
- Employment of highly qualified staff;
- Adherence to environmental protection policy;
- Represent one of the branches strategic for development of the Sub - Carpathian region: aviation, informatics, electro-machinery, biotechnology and chemical.
