At present the offer of the park includes office premises in Academic Preincubator – S3 Zone of the park. The Preincubator is located on the area of Rzeszów University of Technology.

The number of offered premises will increase as the park develops. It is planned to build a Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park Management Centre and a Technology Incubator. The investments will be realised in the framework of second stage of establishing the Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park AEROPOLIS, the projects’ second stage was approved in investment plan of the Operational Program for Development of Eastern Poland.
