Zone S3 - The PSTP Academic Pre-Incubator primarily caters to Sub-Carpathian students and university graduates. The Academic Pre-Incubator has been successfully operating on the grounds of the Rzeszów University of Technology since February 2007. An area of approximately 1000 m2 was given for the use of interested individuals and contained 14 premises: 3 office rooms, 8 production/servicing premises, and 3 production halls. A modern conference room can also be found in the building. The Pre - Incubator is a place where young open people implement fresh and innovative ideas without the fear of risk usually associated with setting up your own business. The Pre - incubator allows for preliminary verification of Business ideas based on market realities. It also operates consulting activities related to law, finance, and EU funding opportunities.
